Two business cultures, lived from the inside.
Mexican by origin, Quebecer by choice. 18 years between the two markets, long enough to no longer be a stranger on either side.
You have a product or service that works here. What's left is finding the right people in Mexico and opening the right doors. That is exactly where I come in.
Why I do this work
I grew up in Mexico and built my professional life in Quebec. For 18 years, I watched the same scene play out on both sides. Good products. Serious companies. Sincere intentions. And projects that stall, because no one translates what isn't written in a contract: the cultural codes, the unspoken, the way trust is earned here and not there.
It's rarely language or logistics that derail a market entry. It's cultural nuance: what one side assumes is obvious, and isn't, on the other side of the border. I've spent my life in that in-between. I know it from the inside, not from a report.
I speak both languages. But more importantly, I understand both cultures. My background is in communications and business development, where that nuance makes all the difference. That's what lets me connect people who otherwise would never have understood each other.
Where strategy meets the ground
Each has its role, and these supports are valuable:
Moves words across.
Brings structure and contacts.
Delivers reports.
I work where everything is actually decided:
Validating your offer in the Mexican market.
Identifying the right distributors and partners.
The early conversations, where trust is earned.
The negotiations, with their own cultural codes.
The moments when decisions take shape.
My role isn't to produce one more report. It's to help your team test its assumptions against the Mexican market, with method, nuance and clarity, then open the doors that turn those moments into real business.
Between two business cultures, where the right decisions take shape.
