The Field Lab: validate that the market is ready, before you invest

The Lab means testing your product on the ground in Mexico before you commit. I bring together real Mexican experts from your sector, who analyze it in depth. And if they feel it isn't ready yet, they help you adapt it, all the way to launch.

Optional, it depends on how ready you are. Some need to validate first; others are already set to enter. If that's you, go straight to the five forms of support.

In plain terms, the Lab answers:

You're in Mexico for decisive meetings. I'm by your side from start to finish: direct communication, real-time cultural reading and a debriefing after each meeting.

First structured mission

You don't have contacts in Mexico yet. We prepare a first visit that counts: strategic framing, four to six targeted meetings and three to five days on the ground.

Distributor identification

Your product has a place in Mexico, but not yet with whom. I identify the right players, verify their seriousness and open the conversation in the right language.

You leave with: a targeted selection of qualified distributors and the first conversations already underway.

Punctual meeting support

A decisive meeting is happening in Spanish. Present in person or remotely, I make sure everything said you understand, and everything you want to say they receive exactly.

Follow-up between visits

What happens between your trips often determines what happens on-site. Two to four days per month dedicated to your file: follow-ups and communications in Spanish.

How I work

Method and terms

One mandate, one document.

Each engagement is framed by a short written agreement, signed before departure: scope, dates, deliverables, fee, terms.

Clear pricing.

Each mandate is priced according to its scope and complexity. Fee structure specified in the written proposal.

Confidentiality.

What is discussed in a room stays there. No client is named without written authorization.

Availability.

I work with a limited number of clients, to give each mandate the attention it deserves. Planning a few weeks ahead is ideal.
