How it works

Three phases. One clear decision.

Phase 01 The Scoping 1-2 weeks

We decide what to test, and with whom. I analyze your product, your business model, and your likely friction zones. I then define the exact profile of Mexican experts to bring in: people whose position in their sector is directly relevant to what you're validating.

Result: a precise picture of what will be tested, why, and by whom.

Phase 02 The Lab 3-5 weeks

Six to eight experts put your offer to the test. They assess whether your message is understood, and how your brand generates trust or resistance. They determine whether you can enter as is, or need to adjust first. And when an adaptation is needed, these same experts co-build the changes with you, until your offer is ready. Genuine co-construction, carried out by your side.

Result: the real conditions for adoption, revealed by those who know the ground.

Phase 03 The Field 2-3 days in Mexico

You meet your experts in person, in Mexico. They are the ones who will co-create and adapt your product for the market. This is when their commitment becomes personal: you share your vision with them directly, and together you lay the groundwork for the co-construction that follows. I remain available throughout the process, whenever my presence is needed.

Result: a vision shared in person and committed allies invested in making your market entry succeed.
