1. Who is responsible for your information

This website, evarodriguez.ca, is operated by Eva Rodriguez ("I", "me"). I am responsible for the personal information collected through this site, in accordance with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Law 25). 2. What information I collect

I only collect the information you choose to send me through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. I do not ask for any sensitive information.

3. Why I collect it

Your information serves a single purpose: to respond to your request and follow up on our exchange. I do not use it for advertising and I never sell it.

4. Audience measurement

I use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand which pages are viewed. These statistics are aggregated and anonymous, and do not use cookies that could identify you.

5. Sharing with third parties

Form submissions are processed by the FormSubmit service, which forwards your message to my inbox. Site hosting and audience measurement are provided by Vercel. These providers only access your information to the extent necessary to deliver their service.

6. Retention

I keep the emails related to your request for as long as needed to follow up on our relationship, then delete them.

7. Your rights

Under Law 25, you have the right to access the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to request its deletion. Simply write to me at eva@evarodriguez.ca and I will respond promptly.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision.
